Olga Martinez

Olga Martinez is an Associate Attorney at Brito PLLC, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of matters, assisting clients through all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, legal research, and trial preparation.

Olga joined Brito PLLC in February 2025 as a Law Clerk while completing law school. During that time, she worked closely with the firm's attorneys on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, developing experience in legal research, drafting dispositive motions, managing discovery, and preparing cases for trial. Following her admission to The Florida Bar, she transitioned into her current role as an Associate Attorney.

Her practice includes matters involving breach of contract, defamation, business torts, fiduciary duty disputes, franchise-related disputes, and other complex commercial matters. Olga is dedicated to providing clients with practical, results-oriented legal representation and works diligently to develop strategic solutions tailored to each client's objectives.

Olga earned her law degree on an accelerated timeline, graduating early after completing law school in two and a half years.
