Brito PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “the firm”) operates britopllc.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. We do not sell your personal information.
Contact form. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message you provide. Phone number and company/organization are optional fields.

Resend. Contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend, an email delivery service, so that our team receives your inquiry. Resend processes your submission data solely to deliver the message.
We use cookies only through Google Analytics. These cookies collect anonymized usage data as described above. Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit.
You can change your preference at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer, or by disabling cookies in your browser settings. Neither action will affect your ability to use this website.
Submitting a contact form or otherwise communicating with Brito PLLC through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential or privileged information through the contact form unless and until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established.
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default.
