Erimar von der Osten devotes his practice to complex commercial litigation and appellate advocacy. Throughout his career, he has represented domestic and international clients in high-stakes business disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration forums. His experience spans breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, construction litigation, international commercial disputes, business torts, and class actions, with extensive involvement in matters involving complex procedural and jurisdictional issues.
Erimar has handled matters in federal courts across the country, including the Central District of California, the Southern District of New York, and the District of Maryland, and has worked on federal cases nationwide. He has substantial experience before Florida's district courts of appeal and federal appellate courts. His matters have included multi-district securities litigation arising from the Bernard Madoff proceedings, international discovery proceedings in support of foreign litigation, construction defect and professional liability disputes, and shareholder and commercial contract claims before the American Arbitration Association.
Before joining the firm, Erimar practiced for many years at prominent Miami litigation boutiques, where he managed complex commercial matters from inception through trial and appeal and led teams in class action and multi-party litigation. He began his legal career as a judicial intern to the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
