His track record includes some of the most consequential defamation settlements in recent memory, including a $15 million settlement against ABC News. He has appeared in federal district courts across the country and before the Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits. He has also served as an arbitrator in franchisor-franchisee actions and co-presented at the ABA Franchise Forum.

Filed suit in the Southern District of Florida after anchor George Stephanopoulos falsely characterized the E. Jean Carroll jury verdict on air. Survived a motion to dismiss before Judge Cecilia Altonaga and secured a $15 million settlement plus $1 million in attorney's fees paid directly to the firm.
